I am hoping they attack it as unconstitutional on several fronts.

10th Amendment. 13 Amendment. Commerce Clause not applicable. etc.

Being the thugs they are I have no doubt there will be implied or maybe even direct threats to the conservative members of the supreme court. We are in for same major fireworks within a year.

The people in the Justice Department wouldn’t know Constitutionality if it was right in front of their stupid faces.....

If this is approved by SCOTUS, it will essentially be saying government can require you to:

buy healthcare insurance
buy a Chevrolet
buy a cuckoo clock
buy a shag carpet for your garage

There will be NO FREEDOM. Like Bill McCollum said, this is a “living tax”, a tax for just being alive.

My understanding is that all we need is one federal judge to issue an injunction somewhere in the country in response to one of these multitudes of lawsuits and we can put Obamacare on hold for as long as a couple years as the suit works its way through the system.

Certainly we can find one conservative federal judge who will be more than happy to throw a wrench in Obama scheme.

Justice Department confident health law constitutional
_________________________________________________________
I’m confident health law is unconstitutional, I’m not confident any of our law makers will follow and decide with the constitution.

If this is constitutional then there’s no limits in which the Government can control the people.
