South Houston police are searching for people who jumped from a pickup truck and ran away after an officer attempted to stop the driver for speeding this morning.
The officer tried to pull over the truck on Winkler near Old Galveston Road, said South Houston Police Department Chief Herbert Gilbert. But the driver refused to stop, turned off the road and ploughed into a nearby ditch.
Gilbert said that then seven to 10 people some who had been beneath a tarp on the pickup's bed scrambled out of the truck and ran away.

Cops might want to look for them in a doctor’s office now.
Only 7 to 10 people?
That’s less than half a load. I imagine a couple dozen had already been dropped off prior to the stop.
‘Gilbert said the people may have run away because they are not in the country legally.’
Ya think. Well, at least that’s progress. There was a time when they would not have run.
Naw, they’re holed up in a Tejano bar on Spencer Highway.
Amazing that ICE can’t figure this out.
Ah, they can figure it out, and they have, but Obama and his cronies won’t let them hassle their core democrat base-—illegals.
Future Obama voters..that is IF we even have elections anymore.
Probably the rats are preparing to pronounce zero President for Life.
The police were only trying to give them Census Forms to fill out.
Only in Ciudad de Houston...........
More invaders for the reconquista.
Doesn’t matter really if ICE doesn’t get this particular bunch of illegals. Just wait down by the border for another bunch to come across and grab them. They’ll be given all the swell, free stuff all illegals get.
