FTA:
The lawsuit was filed in federal court in Pensacola, Fla. Other states joining the lawsuit are South Carolina, Nebraska, Texas, Utah, Louisiana, Alabama, Colorado, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Washington and South Dakota. The defendants are the federal departments of Health and Human Services, Treasury and Labor.
I like Rudy Giuliani’s point, There IS NO INTERSTATE COMMERCE WITH REGARD TO HEALTH-INSURANCE! The Federal government has seen to that! The idea that that any federal regulation of health care peroid is constitution as interstate commerces in contradiction with the Federal governments own congressionally passed laws, which forbids the existents of such commerce.
Therefore as far as health insurance is concerned its either intrastate commerce or it’s illegal. lol
Once again I’m glad the republicans were not successful in passing their solution to open up the state borders to buying health insurance form other States.
All that being said i am greatly turned off by the reforms Rudy Giuliani was promising if they were “given power”. I don’t want the Federal government involved in health-care at all.
The “republican” reforms Rudy Giuliani was speaking of are only slightly better then what the Dems want.
Pray for justice....pray for justice...prepare for war....
