The irony is Costa Rica has a very highly rated health care system which is taxpayer funded - universal single payer system.

Rush had a caller describing how her insurance company was going to promote a policy for medical care provided in Costa Rica that would be exempt from Obamacare mandates.
He simply said he would go to Costa Rica for medical care.
