The battlelines have been drawn, and we shall soon have a day of reckoning with the left, the socialists, the communists and their enablers and fellow-travelers in the media and academe.

How do you feel about insurance companies rejecting people with pre-existing conditions? I never really thought about that before...but I think that’s pretty sh*tty.

The Republicans will repeal ObamaCare in the same manner that they repealed Medicare.

The leftists on the S.C have used European laws and customs to define ours. Our regional lower Federal Courts have used the existence of civil unions to find a right for Gay marriage. Now we have a bill that was passed with no bipartisan support, against the will of the people, and ,at the current moment, 12 states enjoined in a suit to make it unconstitutional. Personally I’d like to see at least half of the states in this suit. However, it should be unconstitutional for someone to buy a product simply because their breathing. How this law affects all stripes of people...college students on the edge, people between jobs and retraining with little $$ resources, the poor elderly just holed up in the house living a substitence existence with no extra money and just want to be left alone,...I dont know. But there have been many times in my life where I had little money and was transitoning and the last thing I needed was IRS headaches.

The Stamp Act was imposed on the colonies. It was unpopular and was repealed/withdrawn a year later.

The Intolerable Acts were imposed on the colonies and as a result, the colonies formed the First Continental Congress, pledged to support Massachusetts in opposition to the King, and in the end saw the beginning of fighting at Lexington and Concord.

Do we now see the Stamp Act? Something to be repealed? I say that will not happen.
Or do we see the Intolerable Acts? Something to cause the countryside to rise up and actively resist? I think it is inevitable.

Secession is the right way. Peacefully withdraw from the union. If the fighting is to start, let them begin it.

This war has just begun, there are so many thing to happen.

We have been expecting this for about a year now and we are ready to fight this conflict in the States!

We got several stages upcoming
1: The legal challenge. Yes I know we cant trust them but honor demands we give the Federal government a Fair chance to right itself in the Federal courts!

2: As Collage and other cost go thou the roof the Students will erupt we must harness that and tell them why so that they may join our cause of liberty!

3: Concurrency our State level nullification and interposition effort now takes on a new priory and realistic meaning. We now only need to implement them with new vigor but with new steal and determination to hold the line with political force and determination!

WE CAN DO THIS! we have the forces, we have the manpower! we have the resources! Our States are made for this kind of fight and we have already been very successful in positioning most of them over the last year to where we are ready for this! We simply have to Finnish what we have started in perpetrating for this fight!

Don’t let the shock of congresses arrogances stun you, we have a lot of work to do and not a lot of time to do it in.

We have Finnish positing ourselves to defend our liberty!

Supporters of this bill argue that popular hostility will recede upon its passage.

Why?

Because they like the taxes?

Repeal, a total wipe out, of the bill is the only solution. I will only support candidates who have the guts to stick to this position.

The less ANYONE messes with doctors, the better off we will be. By this I include the government, lawyers, AND insurance companies.

If you are fit and healthy, do not want to buy health insurance, and just want to pay cash for any medical needs you may have in the future, YOUR GOVERNMENT BY LAW SOON WILL BE ABLE TO LEVY A FINE ON YOU AND TURN YOUR CASE OVER TO THE IRS FOR ENFORCEMENT AND COLLECTION.

This is not the America I know.

So will the ambulance chasing lawyers now sue the government when an operation goes wrong?
