They need a suit in multiple circuits - then if there are conflicting results, the Supreme Court will be forced to take up the issue.

I’m not a lawyer but I think if multiple districts and circuits are involved, it can get moved over to the DC Circuit. This may grease the skids to get it to SCOTUS.

If the results are all favorable for us, what does that mean? That the Obamanistas would counter-sue and take it to the USSC?

I think who ever loses will appeal, and it will hit the supremes in short order.

We have four communist dictators on the bench who piss on the constitution as a matter of habit, and four Loyal constitutionalists who respect it.

The Toss up is Kennedy, appointed by Reagan.

So its a 50/50 shot that we are enslaved by communists or are freed by American Patriots.
