I would say that he is a Nationalist Socialist in the full sense of the title.

He is looking to for a socialist government that skips the state's authority and has a single monopoly of power on the national government level. Fascism is a socialist government that owns or tightly controls business (GM Chrysler 150 of our banks etc), and fascism gos hand in had with national socialism.

What ever you want to call it, he is stripping our Country of our Federalist (State Sovereignty) roots and handing all power over to a national totalitarian government that want to regulate all aspects of our lives.
