Can you sue an agent of the government PERSONALLY for acting in his or her “official capacity”? I don’t believe you can. Would be interested in hearing how you would PERSONALLY hold these people accountable for real damages.

You technically can sue them via not obeying their orders. Then their suit against you is a suit against them. The example of war criminal is a prime one. AND THEY ARE WAR CRIMINAL BECAUSE SOCIALISM IS INHERENTLY A WAR CRIME.

They never want to fight, but either plead “victimhood” and complain of “hate”, or they gain the power to stomp you without you having the ability to fight back. That my friend is the very cowardly Hitlerism against the Jews.

They will now be in full vicious circle death camp mode because they know they are going to be sued. There is no end to this spiral until it all gets revealed and collapses.

This is not a civil matter anymore. Ironic and very Jungian projecting that they turn every single civil peace of legislation into government lead criminal prosecution via thugery and bullying...

Only way to do that would be through a Bivins action, alleging that they violated your individual constitutional rights.

I don’t see a court letting that one through.
