I’d love to see hundreds of PERSONAL lawsuits against Reid, Pelsi, Hoyer, and Obutthole.

I suspect that IF MANY MANY INDIVIDUAL DIFFERENT personal lawsuits were FILED FROM ALL 50 SEPARATE STATES and launched against Pelosi and the Reid and the named one or two others in separate suits, the named DEFENDANT in each those lawsuits would be BANKRUPTED from attempting to defend.


I suspect that many separate and valid personal lawsuits from different locations (different jurisdictions) filed against one individual would overwhelm the defendant financially and perhaps bankrupt them.

Pelosi is woth HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS, and has zero compulsion about directing taxpayer money to her own pocket.

What’s to prevent them from using tax dollars to defend themselves in these lawsuits like Obama is using the AG’s office to defend himself against the eligibility lawsuits?

The cases would be dismissed due to lack of standing, and any court fees would be picked up by the American taxpayer.

I admire the sentiment here, but it just doesn’t work in the way you propose.

That I believe would be true in the case of Conservatives, or say Republicans in general as WE are not a minority political mafia brotherhood as are the Leftist Comrades.

They take care of their own as long as their own take care of them. Only those of the Left that break the Leftist chain so-to-speak IMO could be effected as you describe.

But is that even possible? I think they are protected from lawsuits from private citizens. If it were possible, I would sue them for the anxiety attacks that I am now having. My heart has been damaged and my B.P. is through the roof. They owe me big time for damage to my health and my mental state.
