Correct me if I’m wrong but there’s no law that says there can be only 9 justices. Obama and his thugs can appoint anyone they want and get them confirmed. Hell, he might even give Hastings another shot at judgeship.

Three young communists and a bunch of older conservatives. Roberts is on the wire now. Obama’s justices will be opining and dissenting for decades. If the Left gets ONE MORE, its over, folks. Yes. I can think. I have thought and I'm getting the hell out now. My ancestors in Europe didn;t think fast enough and they are resting quietly in some mass grave somewhere in eastern Europe at the moment. Either fight or shut up.
