Absolutely, I can’t understand all the posts saying it’s over for American, or the bill can never be repealed, etc. There’s already a good number of states taking steps to exclude themselves from this and the Senate has vowed to tie it up forever. These are unusual steps for an unusual law, I think it can and will be repealed if not nullified by the courts.

Thank you and I stand with you right now in what you have to say and ask everyone to pledge to get out and work to defeat the Democrats on November 2, 2010. Let’s Take Back the House and work to cut the numbers of DemocRATs in the Senate if not take it back.

Our Republican Representatives in the House have been fighting hard for all of us against huge odds stacked against them, but they never quit and neither should we. We need to support the House Republicans in the races and the Republican candidates against the Democrats and the same with the Senate.

It doesn’t look like Dr. Coburn is going to have much of a race which frees up a lot of us to help other states nearby.

Time to quit moaning, roll up the sleeves, and get to work defeating DemocRATs!

Thanks for your post. The sheer magnitude of government intrusion and that it can be deemed to pass constitutional muster shows how degraded and separated we are from the protections our founding fathers fought for. There needs to be a spark to set the fire that is I feel inevitable if we are ever to set the government back to its rightful strength - submissive to the people and not the other way around! I feel that if some of the current patriots call for outright civil disobedience, that would be a meaningful start. I'll be interested in what Rush has to say tomorrow. He has a lot of weight on his shoulders and know that patriots will be seeking his and other patriots leadership as to what to do next.

The worst thing about this is knowing that some people are stupid enough to think this is about the government caring for them. This is a power and money grab of unprecedented scale, nothing more.

So the fight is jointed - this means we, the citizens who understand and appreciate the heritage of Our Constitution are now called upon to defend it with unending effort, and prayer! We must trust in the Lord, who through His great mercy, entrusted to us, to give us the strength to defend it and the Christian principles upon which it is founded!
