Here’s what I believe should happen...
Get your AG’s all lined up, if they are so politically inclined and file the lawsuits...
Then back it up with calls to your Governor, and your State Representatives and Senators and tell them to call in a special session (if they are like Texas and only seat every other odd year) and create the bill and law to just say “no” to this un-Constitutional Federal law...
Time to turn every page we can and doing it from the state level appesrs to be the only way to put the brakes on this...
The key to this is for them to give up and leave our healthcare system alone...If they want to fund a system where the poor folks who “don’t have”, fine, knock yourselves out...Don’t do it on our backs...
If we fail, obviously the reform won’t kick in until after they collect ALL the revenue from the states they can...After that...Well, we all know what happens after that...This was their plan all along...To get the money from the states and re-distribute it...
I mean he literally said this before he became president...
