If portions of this bill are ruled illegal/unConstitutional, can the whole bill be thrown out?
I was just telling hubby that we need to take some money we have invested out and put it under a mattress if we have to. I refuse to pay additional capital gains taxes to fund this atrocity. NO WAY, NO HOW.

I got out of the market last week because, if this bill passes, I bet it takes a big tumble - even more than when Obama raises his ugly head to speak. Every time he opened his pie hole I lost money. LOL
