10 AM Rules Committee meeting (C-span2 LIVE all day)
11 AM Stupak press conference
12 PM Demonstration at the Capitol
3 PM Obama meets with the Democratic caucus
Sunday
2 p.m.: The House will debate for one hour the rules of debate for the reconciliation bill and the Senate bill.
3 p.m.: The House will vote to end debate and vote on the rules of the debate.
3:15 p.m.: The House will debate the reconciliation package for two hours.
5:15 p.m.: The House will vote on the reconciliation package.
5:30 p.m.: The House will debate for 15 minutes on a Republican substitute and then vote on the substitute.
6 p.m.: The House will vote on the final reconciliation package.
6:15 p.m.: If the reconciliation bill passes, the House will immediately vote on the Senate bill, without debate.

I know making deals is how bills pass, but this EO by Obama just seems so blatently manipulative. Or is this typical?
I heard the order to remove them but I didn’t hear what they were saying? Any more info on who got in?

It took me about 4 tries to get through to Stupak. Just keep at it. He’s staffed for it, and they’re getting on and off the lines quickly to collect input.

Yeah, and tomorrow he’ll issue an EO that says “Just kidding. Yesterday’s EO is hereby voided.”
You must be realistic, else you will always fall into the traps they have set. From experience.
And do not count on some Republican savior - our war was begun by Nixon and polished off by Reagan - Ford, Carter, Bush 1 smoothed the icing around the cake and Clinton applied the toppings.
And this will be far worse than most on this board believe. Once they have the first step - the rest of the process will fall into place.

Assuming you are sincerely religious and have a respect for scripture, go read II Kings and see what happens to a nation that turns to someone other than Jehovah.
Praying to dead men (or women) is wrong, wrong, wrong. And our country desperately needs divine intervention from the one true God right now.
No joke...that is all it would take or him to rescind the EO.
