Useful Idiots.
The Dems have ressurected the Plantation in the 60’s...only difference now is that the “slaves” get brick housing instead of shacks and the “slaves” don’t work.

So true.
Nice to have been able to watch the hearings with you. Now, I’m off to pour a(nother) glass of wine and cleanse my palate by watching some Jack Bauer.
Tomorrow should be wild. I wish I could say I was optimistic about the outcome...but I’m not.
Rock on.

LOLOLOLOL! She’s a piece of work, isn’t she?
I’m going to tuck in...vote is theoretically at 1? 2? They’ve changed it a couple of times...plus our Rules Committee decided to allow 2 hours instead of 30 mins for debate- so who knows if/when they’ll vote.
I don’t have an email address that is generic like gmail (note to self to get one). Is anybody here registered at WaPo? Those commenting there need to see the truth and they can do so if someone will post the link to the video of what really happened. Can anybody do that? What a disgusting bunch of hateful lefties at that site. Love to see them explain away that video.
Just getting into things here today. This is outrageous!
An Executive Order can deal with legislative matters????

Will Stupak Be Silenced by Executive Order? [Daniel Foster]
There are whispers that the Majority are working on an executive order with Stupak-like language in an attempt to pacify pro-life Democrats.
UPDATE: Rep. Steny Hoyer (D., Md.) tells reporters that an executive order is under consideration.

If Stupak falls for this to secure his vote then he is the biggest sell-out of all and I do not believe this is Constitutional, not that this legislation is to begin with.
Sweet dreams, SE Mom. May visions of this bill going down in flames dance in your head...
Same time, same station tomorrow? Thanks again for starting the Live thread - it was so great.
I’m scheduled to go down to the CO State Capitol tomorrow to attend a Health Care bill vigil at 3pm MST. I’m so hooked on live FReeping don’t know if I’ll be able to make it. It’s a disease, I tell you, a disease.
I’m definitely going to be sending an email to the GOP members of the Rules Committee commending their actions today. And I have NEVER done anything like that before.
Good night. Reading 1600 posts on my iPhone is taking a toll.
Will there be a new “LIVE HEALTH CARE THREAD ~ *SUNDAY*” thread soon or later on?
Good night, ((( SE Mom )))
See you sometime tomorrow.
I’ll try to be here a whole earlier.
Okay, that works for me.
Will there be a new LIVE HEALTH CARE THREAD ~ *SUNDAY* thread soon or later on?
I vote for keeping this one.

Can I Title My Book 'The Audacity of Hope' Too? [Kathryn Jean Lopez]
From the Washington Post:
House leaders were working to secure their votes late Saturday with the promise of an executive order affirming President Obama's commitment to a longstanding ban on public abortion funding except in cases of rape or incest, or to save the life of the mother. Rep. Marcy Kaptur <(D-Ohio), a key antiabortion vote, said she thought the document would be insufficient to bring the entire group of about 10 antiabortion Democrats onboard. 03/20 11:25 PM
