Thank you as I am also very confused! I thought the Slaughter Rule was if they didn't have the votes, then they'd just "deem" it passed. If they have the votes, doesn't it just pass?

That is what they are voting for tomorrow [Sunday], i.e., the so-called reconciliation bill, which contains the Slaughter House rule that the Senate bill is deemed passed by the House plus the changes they want to make.
