Another group are the Amish and Mennonites who do not believe in public insurance. They are even exempt from Social Security.
These added IRS agents are also going to enforce the VAT Tax or National Sales Tax. Most people don’t know that the New IRS regs in place require credit card companies to issue 1099’s next year for the total amount purchased on the card.
Just one more move toward closing the door on freedom.

When I was in university some of my friends bought car insurance from some indian reservation based company. Basically these guys setup a scam where you would get a proof of insurance but in case of incident they would not pay anything. Best part the whole thing cost about $15 a month. I assume that being based on reserve shielded them from prosecution in some way. Might see stuff like that popping up more and more for healthcare “insurance” as well
The damned IRS (in the correct sense damned, not just swearing) already IS part of Zero’s “civilian army”. You think the IRS ordered thousands of 10mm MP5K machine guns for nothing? They plan to shoot up the non-compliant. The Communists believed you had to kill off 20% of the population to achieve Communism. I guess we’re going to see if that’s really true in the next few years.

The Ways and Means report portrays healthcare reform as having a wide-ranging impact on how the IRS operates, including:
* IRS agents would be tasked with determining whether Americans had obtained the insurance coverage required under the individual mandate.
* Individuals could be fined $2,250 or 2 percent of income, whichever is greater, if you are unable to prove you have “minimum essential coverage.”
* The IRS would be empowered to confiscate tax refunds if necessary.
* Audits probably would increase as a result of the legislation’s new requirements.
* The budget for IRS operations will balloon by $10 billion in the next decade in order to administrate the new program.
* Nearly half of the new individual mandate taxes will be paid “by Americans earning less than 300 percent of poverty, $66150 for a family of four.

With the outrageous taxes on tobacco there is a huge opportunity to expand the black market too.
