All I know is, researching my family history, I have really appreciated finding pages from the census where they listed their names, ages, occupation, whether they owned or rented, where their parents were born, and whether they could read. I don't mind providing that information, not for Obama's sake but for my future descendants.
Information more personal than that, hell no.

You answering the census will not help your future generations unless everything burns down but the halls of government. Previous census recording were done on a localized version and that is where those records came from.

So write a personal history, and send it on with your will when you croak.

For genealogical purposes, I answered name, gender, age (not birthday) and relationship for my family. Nothing else.
