As for Members of Congress, rather than impeachment, the Constitution provides the remedy of “expulsion” in Article I, section 5: “Each House may determine the rules of its proceedings, punish its Members for disorderly behavior, and with the concurrence of two-thirds, expel a Member.” Only one chamber determines the fate of its own Members, with a 2/3 vote. Concurrence of the other body is not needed, so there is no trial.

If the Deems get whacked in November, we won't have to deal with Obama in 2012. He won't be their candidate.

They have taken an oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies both foreign and domestic. They are not sworn to protect political parties or personalities. If those in this nation’s government begin acting in a manner that is a threat to it, they can neutralize it. This goverment is getting dangerously close to where the military may have to fulfill its oath.
Send him to Gitmo with the rest of the terrorists and let him rot while we watch it on a direct feed telecast 24/7.
Well maybe not but for what they did they could be tried for treason maybe? We all know what the solution for that is and it would make a very good example for the next century or so? :D
