A Pennsylvania couple thinks they may have found Natalee Holloway's skeleton on a vacation to Aruba.
Patti and John Muldowney want investigators to take a good look at a picture they took while snorkeling.
It shows what they think is a skeleton on the bottom of the ocean. [Scroll to bottom of page for picture].
Patti didn't notice anything out of the ordinary when she snapped the photo last November. No one noticed until mid January when they met up with a couple that was on the same cruise, to compare vacation photos.
"They came over and discovered it when they were looking through our photos," John Muldowney told NBC Philadelphia.
"You can see a fish. You can see some rocks. And then you can see this body lying on its back, facing up," John, 78, said in an interview with the Intelligencer Journal.

it’s a big leap from something that looks vaguely human shaped to being Natallee Holloway.

Get ready for non stop Whorealdo
That sure looks like a skeleton to me
I don’t think that could possibly be her. If it is even made of human remains, it appears to be so aged that it’s turned to rock and filled in by rock.
Already posted, and some FReepers did image enhancements that pretty much confirm it’s a strange rock formation that does look a bit like a body.
And a barracuda would know! ;)
It does look like a human skull. It could be her, and I think they have ways of testing to find out. If it is her, it would at least give her parents closure.
I pray that this family gets some closure.
This has to be one of THE most absurd news items I have ever seen. Good Grief!!
Last I checked, skeletons have bones and are not made from stone.....another fine reporting job from NBC.
HaHa Yep..but seriously, the police should go and check it out. The family deserves closure
This reminds me of the face on Mars.
Looks like rocks to me. This seems to have the same quality and caliber of all ufo photos.
the New Barrack Channel will be finding the poor girl in bowls of cheerios before long.
I searched but didn’t find the story under “Holloway” or “Aruba.”
In other news, Anna Nichole Smith was found hiding in a tree.
