Levin is on it and it won’t pass in the short/long run. Period. They are illegal.
Judge Andrew Nepolitano said Levin’s suit will not receive a favorable judgement because the Judicial branch does not meddle in Legislative Branch rules of operation
To be effective he must find other grounds
