Then the Senate bills remains the effective law. Remember, Obama must sign this Senate bill that the House is “deeming” *before* the Senate can vote on the House reconciliation bill.
By not signing the reconciliation, Obama would not only get a bill that he co-conspired with Reid to pass, he would be giving cover to all Rats in both houses to claimed that they were duped.
Then I’m right once it becomes law, after he signs, he doesn’t have to send it for reconciliation. It will simply be the law as it stands.
