Fox News just recently flashed a graphic showing the count 214-217. Greta Van Susteren on her blog calls it 211 yays, 220 nays. That accounts for all 431 votes, just as your numbers do.

Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) announced today he is now voting yes, contrary to his earlier threats to vote no. This means, according to Greta’s numbers, that the count is now 212 yes and 219 no.
