For the last several years, Sean Hannity and the Freedom Alliance “charity” have conducted “Freedom Concerts” across America. They’ve told you that they are raising money to pay for the college tuition of the children of fallen soldiers and to pay severely wounded war vets. And on Friday Night, Hannity will be honored with an award for this “Outstanding Community Service by a Radio Talk Show Host” at Talkers Magazine’s convention.
But it’s all a huge scam.

His profits looked damn good for the sort of thing he does, and the charitable set asides are understated because they are not labeled as such. The assets of the Alliance are the charitable remains after expenses, and to me it appeared that many millions of dollars have been generated for these kids education. If not, then there is something wrong with the forms, or perhaps its just the author of this hit piece.
The numbers are not that unusual from other large organizations. As I posted a while ago, The numbers are not too far off from the American Cancer Society.

They’re not giving their money to the troops, if they were doing that they wouldn’t be sitting in an audience getting something for their money. It’s like buying something with the promise that X would go to a good cause.

This troll of a woman is NOT a Conservative. That is obvious with her timely hit piece. Dems are in obvious disarray with this transparent plant.
The issue is whether they are funding their stated mission or not. I am used to looking at tax documents. The reserves mean little especially given the run rate of expenses that do not appear tied to the primary mission of helping injured soldiers and the children of the 4000 plus dead military.
For me, the onus is now on Hannity to demonstrate his concern and to address the reality or appearance of abuse.
I have never left, it was Hannity who left, announced he left, told his friends to leave, and now, without so much as a by your leave expects us to be friendly to him??
