I avoid walmart produce altogether, but the worst experience I ever had with it was the strange rubbery feel of their broccoli. What were they doing to it I can’t imagine, but broccoli shouldn’t feel like it was bought in a gag shop.

I had the same experience with broccoli from there before. I ended up cooking it rather than for the purpose I bought it for jsut do it wouldn’t go to waster.

I’m glad it’s not just me.

It's not what they were doing, but what they were NOT doing to it: Refrigerating it properly and it wilted...................
