House Democrats will not post a Congressional Budget Office (CBO) estimate of the revised healthcare bill tonight, according toSpeaker Pelosi's (D-Calif.) office.
Pelosi spokesman Nadeam Elshami told reporters gathered outside the Speaker's office, that a a CBO score would not be forthcoming.
"Go home," Elshami said, avoiding questions of the implication not having the scores online means to the timing of a final vote.
Rep. Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) admitted that if the scores are posted on Thursday, and Democrats honor the 72-hour rule, then the vote would "most likely happen on Sunday, if that scenario plays out."

Translation: Pelosi saw the numbers and realizes that everybody will flip out if they see the real numbers, so she needs time to browbeat the CBO into producing numbers more to her liking.

Easy fix -
....instead of 10 years of taxes, and 5-6 years of supposed benefits -
...go with 10 years of taxes and only 2-3 years of hc benefits ( both are equally stupid )

Bingo. This means the cost is so outrageous, I wouldn’t doubt if Pelosi already has been told the numbers and sent the CBO back to the table to cook the numbers one more time.
And for all this talk about the “non-partisan” CBO, during the 90s, I always read that the CBO was filled with a bunch of Democratic party appointees and was hardly considered nonpartisan. I doubt that has changed, so if the CBO has trouble cooking the numbers, you can be sure the cost is much worse than any of us can imagine.

Because that congressman’s facebook page was right - It’s over a trillion dollars. Now they’re just going to tweak it until they somehow get it under a trillion

Please don't post stuff like that in public; you'll give them idea's.

I guess they didn't finish beating up on the CBO analysts yet. That or, more likely, the analysts can't get the scoring report typed up because their hands are shaking too much from all the laughing caused by the absurd, patently criminal assumptions the fascists, I mean democrats, have told them to make.
Or, it could be even worse, it may be that the cognitive dissonance caused by holding all those assumptions in your mind at the same time is causing the heads of CBO analysts to literally explode, leaving them rather short-handed and unable to complete the report on time - sort of like the way Obastard's overinflated ego got popped today on FNC.

Pelosi has the numbers. She just has to wait for the CBO to copy them down.

According to Joe Barton, the first numbers came in over a trillion.
The CBO staff has been working over 100 hours eacxh week. They’re tired.
I hope they sabotage the reports. We already know they’re being proviced false assumptions.

Either the score came back way too high or Pelosi is having a lot more trouble lining up es votes which putting the CBO score off a day or two would be a great way to cover for the provblems she’s having. Those 1/2 million phone calls yesterday and continuing today probably has many spooked about their votes?
