What BS. This is why I am bashing all the RINO scum backing McCain. Sarah is as bad as Romney on this. They all stink. MCCain is scum.

I agree. I don’t want to have anything to do with any of them including Palin and especially Romney.
The only good thing Mitt ever did was help raise money for Bachmann in 2008 when the GOP cut her off for her Muslim comments.
These RINOs all suck.

‘Tis true. At this rate, there will be no one to vote for. Well, for some anyway.

It’s also open to whomever steps up and TAKES it. You don’t win the prexy by having the nomination handed to you. McCain and Dole are perfect examples of that.
One more thing - Part of the reason Obama won was because he took a page from Bush’s playbook, though admittedly he amplified it. He refused to dance to the tune the media was playing. He attacked those who attacked him, and he did it his way.

It isn’t meant to depress (though I understand why). As much as we want it to change, its meant to show the reality of politics.

Well, that’s because the worse things get, the less effective “moderate” solutions are going to be. The times call for a steelier type of candidate than what we’ve had in the last 30-40 years. Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country.

Since when does the House of Lords dictate policy down to the House of Commons, and say go along or else, like they’re doing with “healthcare”? It’s supposed to be the other way around.

I’m a delegate to my republican district convention this weekend. Never done anything like this before. Hope I can make a difference.

Yeah. I’m not impressed with her. I can’t see her actually pulling it off — though she’s a daisy if she does it! I’m not DOWN on her exactly, but I’m not up either.

Something we DEFINITELY are going to have to remember
is that even with “Tea Party Approved” congresscritters,
we’re going to have to hold their feet to the fire
continuously lest they suffer from “Potomac fever”.

I don’t really see anyone stepping up. It’s a concern. I’d still take Romney over McCain.

McCain seem like one of those insects that every 6-7 years morphs into something else (in this case, a Conservative) for a few months, then changes back.
