Fight the 0-care bill “deeming” in court and I hope it’s done. I don’t mind. But there is a precedent for deeming bills passed

If so, have any of the preceding bills been challenged in court?

Not from what I've read on the history of this procedure.

Budget resolutions have been "deemed" as passed before, but not a Senate or House bill.
