Attempting to "deem" the Health Care bill passed when it has not actually been voted on is not Constitutional. Article 1, Section 7:

That’s the first thing that bothered me. I don’t remember ever hearing from Republican politicians about this particular issue, even though much of the initial public uproar about proposed govt health legislation had to do with the fact that different rules applied to the political class. And although public opposition has continued to get stronger with time, I haven’t heard much about this “unequal treatment” issue lately.
I expect nothing from Democrat politicians, since they consider themselves as being entitled to special treatment.

A Levin caller from Colombia and who is now a citizen reminded that if these things happened in most of the South American countries people would riot in the streets. This made me think...we are already subjected because we have been intimidated into any action short of lawful due process in response to a government that is no and has been so clearly behaving unlawfully. This government is corrupt now and has been on both sides of the aisle...now it is more so on the Deem side.
Due process will be too late and not work. You get a school yard bully’s attention by hitting him squarely between the eyes with a 2x4 and make it hurt...really, realy bad. If that doesn’t stop him he must be eliminated. Unlawful and amoral people do not respond to lawful and moral restrictions...they are sociopaths.
