However, this comment is bothersome:

These are the folks that constitute our first line of defense in our efforts to defend the Constitution. It cannot be unreasonable to expect them to take whatever political and legal action can be taken to avoid this socialist tsunami.
They arguably ignored the Constitution by sitting on their hands during the Jan 2009 crowning ceremony and now appear to continue to sit on their hands. Some of us are displeased.
When elected officials, sworn to uphold and defend the Constitution, actually believe that it takes a Constitutional Lawyer to understand the plain meaning of the document, then I believe our Republic is in dire circumstances indeed.
The meaning is clear, and the Dems' plans are plainly hostile to that document. Every single one of them who supports this abomination should be arrested and jailed for it
