Actually, right now most people are pissed about the bill, with a small portion that are pissed it wasn’t passed by hook, crook, whatever it takes. 99% of American voters don’t know compost from “process”, but 75% are pissed this travesty is still being forced on us by the Dictatorship. MY point is the backlash is going to remain.

I agree that process won’t make a difference. And I agree the backlash to the actual substance of what they are trying to do will remain.

I dont think cover has anything to do with it. Anyone who votes for the rule is voting for the bill. That’s obvious. The point of this rule is to pass the senate bill and the changes at the same time.

Oh, ok...so we’re agreeing. Why then do you think it’ll stand? The inrepealability rule (of thumb, that is)?

I don’t think the slaughter rule will be overturned by a federal court. If the bill passes, will it stand? Parts of it probably will.

I have a hard time believing that the average American is not going to simply judge all of the House guilty by association. One thing I know about Americans is that we don’t take lightly to...well, being taken lightly.

First it has to be challenged. Then it must be argued. Then judged, then appealed. The way you seem to be saying it, the process could stretch out beyond Obama’s presidency, by which time the bills from his “Historic” deficit will begin to come due. And then...well, it can be repealed on the grounds of being unfeasible. I’m up for challenging it on the grounds of budgetary feasibility at the same time a Constitutional challenge is issued.

I'm saying there is no chance it will be overturned in court. There is a chance, if it passes, some of it will be repealed in the future. But in the courts? No way.

Vintage Drier. A gutless, useless bed wetter straight out of Big Tent RINO Central (RNC). He’s setting himself up for some of the same treatment the Rats are going to be getting. I hope John & Ken jumps his worthless ass again—that campaign almost did him in the last election.

This tells us what the Rinos REALLY want to happen but are playing coy with the voters at home acting as if they don’t want obamacare/romneycare. We need to call our Senators and get this lazy ass bimbo out of the way. He’s no leader.

It should be overturned.
