Wonder what Gun she used. It’d take me some time to chamber a bullet in my Glock.

Maybe I need to get another gun. One can never have too many guns, ammo, or knives.

That is why a revolver is much better for those with little time for training.

Point and pull the trigger until the loud noises stop.

Racking the slide and taking the safety off on your semi-auto is difficult to do one-handed while being assaulted.

I’m not sure I understand the phrase “too much ammunition.” For your next post, please write in “American”. ;-) I remember a news story about a house fire that spread to the garage where, the news reporter breathlessly announced, the owner had a thousand rounds of ammunition. I was just embarrassed for the poor guy - Imagine, only having that little on hand.....

i have heard that glock can be holstered in such a way as to allow it to automatically chamber the round as it is pulled from the holster. i would think that is dangerous but it could speed up the process.

Well, I'd say it's more important to carry locked and loaded because an unloaded firearm is nothing more than a paperweight. But still you're correct: One can never have too many guns, ammo or knives. Just be sure you handle them correctly so as to be able to successfully defend yourself when you need to. As my favorite book character, Lazarus Long says: Live and learn, or don't live long. See the works of Robert A. Heinlein.

If you’re carrying for self defense, you should have one in the pipe already or it’s useless. Don’t feel quit comfortable with the safety features on the glock, then get something else. Personally, I don’t like them, I know it’s unlikely something will depress the little trigger pressure safety but that being the only thing between me and “bang” isn’t quite enough.
