No, what was posted was just a pro-forma bill from last year. They need to use that bill because of Reconciliation rules that mandate that the "bill" has to be initiated before October of last year. Whatever they settle on this week, the Reconciliation Bill will look entirely different than what was posted last night. IOW, the Dems are cheating again.
After they finish marking up the bill, it will take another few days or week for the CBO to score it, FWIW.
