The ‘Slaughter Solution’ Is Nothing Short Of Treason Against The American Republic

Nothing more need be said...but if they employ it there will be things that need to be done.

Nobody has introduced a resolution to expel Slaughter, which shows how ineffectual (or complicit) the Republcians truly are in this crisis.

But leftists don’t care about the Constitution

They love the constitution. It contains whatever they want it to contain. Like the right to an abortion.

If they can find the right to an abortion in the constitution, they can find anything, and make it say anything.

But Leftists don’t care about have nothing but contempt for the Constitution and are content intend to transform America into a kind of low-grade dictatorship if it helps their healthcare nationalization legislation go through as a preliminary to transforming America into a complete dictatorship.

What they have in mind is obvious.

Send this wise John Adams statement to this list of Congressmen and Senators, along with the question:

"Do you save the President, or do you save "the People's" liberty for generations to come?"

"Found in: John Adams, The Works of John Adams, vol. 4 (Novanglus, Thoughts on Government, Defence of the Constitution) - NO. III. - paragraph 144

"Obsta principiis (translation: resist the beginnings), nip the shoots of arbitrary power in the bud, is the only maxim which can ever preserve the liberties of any people. When the people give way, their deceivers, betrayers, and destroyers press upon them so fast, that there is no resisting afterwards. The nature of the encroachment upon the American constitution is such, as to grow every day more and more encroaching. Like a cancer, it eats faster and faster every hour. The revenue creates pensioners, and the pensioners urge for more revenue. The people grow less steady, spirited, and virtuous, the seekers more numerous and more corrupt, and every day increases the circles of their dependents and expectants, until virtue, integrity, public spirit, simplicity, and frugality, become the objects of ridicule and scorn, and vanity, luxury, foppery, selfishness, meanness, and downright venality swallow up the whole society."

The Democrats are standing on the brink and staring into the abyss over this one, and you have to wonder how many of them are really willing to follow Nancy Pelosi over the edge. This is sheer desperation and everyone knows it, and knows what the consequences are going to be.

Some in Congress even want us to believe that this whole thing cannot be undone once done.

Hot News Flash: not only can this atrocity be undone, we have the power to undo Congress and start over again. That’s what the Second Amendment is for; to give us a means to protect ourselves from the Government, should things ever come to that. We ain’t there yet, but we are getting close, so now is a good time to start making up you mind where you draw the line, and what you are willing to do about it.

Watching Barack Obama and the Democrats in Congress in action during the past year has been disturbing for anyone who truly values our Constitution and America's civil institutions. What the Democrat leaders now appear committed to doing with regard to Health Care ought to raise the concern of all patriotic Americans to something approaching alarm.

The use of "reconciliation", coupled with a proposed abandonment of the necessity of casting a recorded vote on a multi-trillion-dollar bill affecting the lives of over 300 million people would have been unthinkable just a year ago. However, with Obama, Reid and Pelosi in charge, we are learning to redefine what is "thinkable" almost on a daily basis.

Make no mistake: this is an attempt to seize power by fiat; a use of extra-legislative and extra-constitutional action by one political party against another, and in direct contravention of the will of the people. And, if allowed to do it once they surely will do it again, one way or another.

A fundamental reordering of the relationship between a government and its people requires something more than parliamentary trickery. In our present circumstances, when such change is imposed by false authority, ideological purpose and sheer arrogance, it may ultimately require a response for which I doubt the American people have wholly prepared themselves.

These twisted manipulations of rules to pass Obamacare basically without a vote clearly show Obama doesn’t have the votes to pass this monstrosity as the Constitution intends. The American people should have no mercy on any member of Congress that lets this happen. This is naked tyranny.

There have to be some rules somewhere that prevent such actions by Congress!!

Next will be a passing of “Cap & Tax” by ‘deeming’ and then Climate Warming being passed by ‘deeming’.

How about the American people “deem’ Congress as unworthy and start impeachment proceedings against each & every member of the House and the Senate???

It is treason IMO and should be punished as the Constitution mandates if they do this.
