The nonprofit run by Virginia Thomas, wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, is likely to test notions of political impartiality for the court. Oh, please. Liberals are political activists on the bench, making up laws out of whole cloth out of THEIR sense of "justice" and the media hardly bats an eyelash.
