There are some flaming obots, for sure. OTOH, realists, among whom I fearlessly count myself, are looking at the mess and realizing that even if all goes well on the legal front, chances are there will be no definitive, usable result until after BHO, Jr.'s first fraudulent term is over.
IMHO, there are two goals:
(1): Prevent BHO, Jr. from attempting a 2d term. Looks to me like he's already planning it! Keep up the pressure on the Writ of Quo Warranto front.
(1a): The Birth Certificate: This document is available by Hawaiian Law to any citizen who asks for it. That's because it was the basis of an official pronouncement made by Hawaiian officals. It is pretty much a cut-and-dried freedom of information issue. (Hawaiian Uniform Information Practices Act-UIPA) Yet, I see no action shaping up in Hawaii to parallel the activities in the Federal District Court of Washington, DC.
(1b): Although this is all second nature to us, the public at large knows nothing but what the MSM tells them, turning it all into a demeaning, pro-Obama "Birther" moment. "Hey, TV News viewers, look at what these crazy racist NAZI Homophobe Birthers are doing today!" Professional PR can only be countered by same. Let's just do that.
(2): Make damn sure this can never happen again by having the Republican Party sponsor legislation on the State Level in those states lucky enough to have Republican legislatures and governors. The goal ought to be 10 states. 5 would be enough!
My last recommendation: Wealthy behind-the-scenes talk show hosts should properly fund and equip the good lawyers who are on the Writ of Quo Warranto quest. Ditto (I say "ditto") the Hawaiian BC quest. At the very least they should set up an organization to raise the support needed. And to send my favorite dentist on a fact-finding tour of Outer Mongolian legal and dental clinics before she terminally fouls up the Quo Warranto issue with a killer contrary ruling occasioned by one of her patented pleadings.

Those goals you have espoused are achievable even in an atmosphere of political correctness and the lack of personal and political courage.
Lets assume that some states (noably, AZ) pass a presidential candidate qualification bill - the Constitution provides that the states are responsible for elections. Then Obama could be in a world of sh*t ...
1. If he files in AZ, the AZ SOS will deny him even if he produces a birth certificate - because he cannot prove NBC. Then he has to go to court - no problem with standing here, he has a dog in the fight. He either gets relief or gets denied. Either way, it will be litigated to SCOTUS.
SCOTUS then is in a quandry - either they accept him, or deny him. If accepted, they open the door for "agent provocateurs" to possibly become POTUS in the future. If they deny him - then he is out and I don't know WHAT is done about all the bills and laws that he signed in his first term.
2. If he chooses NOT to file in AZ, then all of the other states will be suspicious of him - what does he have to hide ??? Could cost Obama in swing states - BIG TIME !!!
3. He could choose not to run at all. We would be rid of him - but he wouldn't have to reveal anything ...
The laws are already on the books in the form of the certification they signed their name to. The GOP is just as guilty as the RATs. They didn't want this term and did everything they could to give it to the RATs. After all the Bush and Cheney hate and knowing the financial crisis was just around the corner, they paraded a dozen candidates out to confuse the public and settled on dingbat McLame and got Sarah on board knowing the msn would make mincemeat of her. What they didn't count on was so many falling in love with her so they had to shut her up. It wouldn't surprise me a bit if the GOP didn't help the msn slander her. They thought they'd be up against Hillary but that backfired and by that time it was too late to protest Hussein or they might do too much damage to the RATS. Then they saw not enough were drinking the koolaid so had McRino gush lovingly over Hussein and give us a nice little grandfather's knee speech that we didn't have to fear Hussein. At any time, especially after SR511, McBlame could have spoken up but he didn't. At any time Cheney could have spoken up but he didn't and conveniently didn't allow anyone else to speak up. So, yeah, there's more than enough blame to go around and I blame the GOP the most.
