The phrase, “the law of nations” isn’t capitalized in Article I, Section 8. Is it capitalized elsewhere? In a copy of the handwritten copy of the Constitution that I have, the "L" and "N" of "the Law of Nations" in Article I, Section 8 is most definitely capitalized.
