My email to Mary Landrieu:
Senator Landrieu,
First let me begin by saying I am disappointed in your lack of ability to check your voicemail from your constituents, I was unable to leave a message and now I have to send you this email. Unlike you, Senator Vitter’s voicemail has been checked and I was able to leave a message for him.
Second, as a citizen of Louisiana I am embarrassed due to your criminal deal you received for us in the Healthcare legislation. You have NO RIGHT to take money from other states to fund this state. You should be ashamed.
Thirdly I want to make clear you do not have my support for this health care legislation. Both my husband and I are disabled OIF/OEF veterans and I can assure you ma’am that we did not fight and defend our country just to have politicians like you make dictatorial decisions such as you are attempting now. It will be my honor and my pleasure to fight you and this government’s strong arm tactics and you can count on all my brothers and sisters in arms both currently and in the past to fight you and ensure that you are removed from office post haste.
Your only redemption in the eyes of the Lousiana voters is to vote no on health care. Only this way could you possibly redeem your honor and the respect of the people of Louisiana.
I loved it.
Leni
