The recognition of the problem also gives one the “answer” to it, too.
If it’s the voting public who is the problem, then it’s apparent that to change the type of government we have in this country — you must change the way the voting public thinks about it.
There’s the solution.
John Adams, in 1918, speaking about the American Revolutionary War:
