You seem angry...not at all proud of your support for the rats.
Let me put it this way: I *KNOW* Obama wont agree or listen to me; I dont want the illusion that my leader will listen to me, which is what wed get with Romney/McCain, Ive had too much of the *nod, nod* Im listening to you; and I agree. only to have the leader do exactly the opposite.
You don't think rats lie, and you believe they are great listeners too. I got it now. Thanx
>You seem angry...not at all proud of your support for the rats.
And why should I be? I said that I would vote for Obama before McCain; but I could always vote third-party... Oh, I forgot, that IS voting for Obama. [/sarc]

Hell no. They just don’t even pretend they’re listening and say “I’m going to do it MY way.” In all, it’s far more honest than the republican stance of “we hear you; fiscal responsi.. oh, look, let’s spend on this shiny new thing.”
In other words, the Democrats are at least truthful about their party’s planks and will tend towards them even against constituents. Republicans, on the other hand, claim (for example) to be anti-abortion, having it on their stated list of planks; yet, during the six-years they were the majority (with Bush in office) they didn’t even so much as propose federally illegalizing abortion... no they were too busy spending money that we didn’t/don’t have! IOW, they are only “FOR” fiscal responsibility or the life of the unborn when it comes to getting elected.
We can see this now even. Instead of stamping a foot down and bringing up the Constitutionality issues on EVERY POSSIBLE POINT in an effort to block-and-defeat a WIDELY unpopular “healthcare reform” bill they’re putting on a show of how hard they “tried” but “because of some people not toeing-the-party line it happened anyway...” OR maybe “we couldn’t do anything, the rules were changed on us.”
>You seem angry...
Why aren’t you?
