Daniel Ehrlick Jr. (Robert Manwill's killer) wants to fire his public defenders

The man accused of killing Robert Manwill says his lawyers are not doing a good enough job.

Daniel Ehrlick Jr. filed a surprise motion Thursday claiming his public defenders "lied and misguided me on my case."

In a boiler-plate one-page motion, Ehrlick indicated that he "feels badgered by the public defender's office" and that his attorneys have failed to file motions for him and have been hard to communicate with.

He wants to get rid of his court-appointed public defenders before his first-degree murder trial begins later this year.

Ehrlick, who is accused of killing 8-year-old Robert Manwill last summer, is being represented by Amyl Myshin and Gus Cahill - the Ada County Public Defender's Office's most experienced attorneys in murder cases.

I know his attorney Amyl Myshin. Good guy. If you have to have a public defender in Idaho he's the guy you want.

Myshin is probably telling Ehrlick like it is and Ehrlick doesn't want to hear it because he is going to go away for a very very long time.

Give the guy a fair trial and hang his guilty ass.

Only reason he's in jail and not out on any sort of bond really is that soon as he walked out the doors he'd be hung up on the nearest tree. Probably will happen if he managed to get off on some technicality or reduced charges.

Believe me, enough people in Ada County are willing to supply the rope after what he and Manwill's mother pulled with the community.

Good. Hang the $itch too. Naturally, she’ll get off with a couple of years after being portrayed as a victim.

The the history of abuse by Ehrlick and his wife why in the world did the father ever allow Robert to spend any time with the couple?
