I don't understand.. Is there currently a practice by health care insurers to check the citizenship of people who apply for their insurance? Or, will it be mandated under the Democrats' Mengelecare program that insurers check for US citizenship? If so, why?

Scott Murphy, a no vote in the fall, is slipping away to a YES vote.
I heard Bret Brair on Fox news say that there are 211 that will vote for it and that is not enough to pass it. Anyone else see this?
It’s always good to hear such announcement, but will be better if we know the vote switching (both ways).
