The Dims are fools of biblical proportion. How is this destruction of 221+ yrs of precedent on how legislation is passed, not come back to bite them, hard, in their fat a$$?
It is entirely possible that O’s goal is the destruction of a functioning Congress, leaving him “no choice” but to dictate.
A year ago, if the VRWC had even dared suggest that O and his minions would stoop to the measures we are seeing on a daily basis, writs of insanity and involuntary commitment would have been issued wholesale.
Slaughter Solution Never Used Before

Everyone needs to know that if they pass it this way, or if it passes period, we need to get to our reps and governors and explain to them they need to reject it under the 10th amendment sovereignty rights of the states.
First, read up on the legal concept of “The Lesser Magistrate Doctrine.” It is a concept defined in Black’s Law, it is a biblical concept which the 10th Amendment incorporates.
The Lesser Magistrate Doctrine says that when a higher authority passes immoral/unconstitutional laws, it is THE DUTY of the lesser magistrates (lower authority figures) to reject that law and defend their citizens from that law. They have a God-given duty to reject it. Which means getting the governors or state AG’s to tell the feds to get the ‘bleep’ out of there or there will be a showdown and they will be forced out.
This is the principle embodied in the 10th Amendment to prevent tyranny when the larger authority (ex King George) was enacting immoral laws. IN our current case it’s the federal government passing unconstitutional laws invading citizens’ liberty, putting government in as God in charge of our lives. Government does not have unlimited power to put in any laws it wants, those that go against God’s laws and our liberties guaranteed by the constitution, they cannot morally do. They exceed their authority. When they do this, the lesser magistrates must stand up and reject these immoral/unconstitutional intrusions. By force if necessary.

Annotated Constitution, Article 1 Clause II
"Clause 2. Every Bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it become a Law,[p.136]be presented to the President of the United States; If he approves he shall sign it, but if not he shall return it, with his Objections to that House in which it shall have originated, who shall enter the Objections at large on their Journal, and proceed to reconsider it. If after such Reconsideration two thirds of that House shall agree to pass the Bill, it shall be sent, together with the Objections, to the other House, by which it shall likewise be reconsidered, and if approved by two thirds of that House, it shall become a Law. But in all such Cases the Votes of both Houses shall be determined by Yeas and Nays, and the Names of the Persons voting for and against the Bill shall be entered on the Journal of each House respectively. If any Bill shall not be returned by the President within ten Days (Sundays excepted) after it shall have been presented to him, the Same shall be a Law, in like Manner as if he had signed it, unless the Congress by their Adjournment prevent its Return in which Case it shall not be a Law.
If they pass either of the current bills or even pass any one of Obama's numerous revisions WITHOUT Voting as prescribed in the Constitution, it will not be a legally passed bill and I for one will NOT follow it, period.
I also suspect the USSC will not allow any of the games being discussed in order to pass ObamaCare to circumvent the very specific language of our Constitution if the Dems use them to "pass" any bill.
Obama, Pelosi, Reid and the democRATS have an agenda: the total destruction of America. Obama wants to fundamentally transform it and he along with the rest of the progressive communist, Marxist, socialist democRATS do not care if three quarters of the United States marches on Washington... It will not make a bit of difference because they are motivated by Satan himself.
Only God, in His mercy can save us from what we are about to endure. America is ripe for judgment and sadly I fear that God is giving America exactly what it wanted = an america without Jesus Christ, and that He is using Obama and the evil, wicked democRATS who control every area of our government to bring about His judgment by allowing them to carry out their evil, delusional plans for America.
I hope and pray that I am wrong but look at all that has already taken place. Look at the overwhelming opposition to Obamessiah's death-care plan that exists. Yet, in spite of all reason and the facts, Obama and the democRATS are doubling and tripling down on death care because this is the brass ring, this is for all of the marbles. Once this bill is in place, it will never be repealed in its entirety and America as we know it will be gone forever.
Obama, Pelosi, Reid and their godless, evil minions, led and empowered by the Devil, do not care if they lose the presidency or their house and senate seats because if this bill passes... they will win their ultimate goal: the long term destruction of America.
The word of almighty God is clear and it can not be broken: the Antichrist is coming, he WILL set up a one-world government over which he alone is the head. That one-world government also encompasses EVERY NATION on the face of the earth, including America and nothing on earth can keep that from happening. In order for the Antichrist to control EVERY AREA of all of mankind’s lives the pieces of the puzzle have to be in place before he arrives on the scene. The stage must/will be set and certain things must be in place to facilitate his world-wide political, economic, and spiritual control. What we see taking place before our very eyes here in America by Obama could very well be an integral part of that process and nothing we say, do or try can prevent it, unless God has mercy upon us.
At this point it is literally in God's hands because it is totally clear from everything Obama and the democRATS are doing that they do not give a darn about the will of the American people in this matter. Nothing mere mortal men can do will make one bit of difference except for prayer; that God would have mercy upon us and deliver us from this evil by thwarting Satan’s plans... see tagline.

And if so, how would it be challenged, and who could challenge it in a timely manner, given the nature of legislative implementation being in a relatively short period of time.

The Republicans should all walk out en masse if any of these shenanigans take place and just not come back until any unconstitutional tricks are undone. Literally, walk out, for months if necessary. Until November, if necessary. And they should all fan out throughout the U.S. during that time, holding townhall meetings to explain all of the illegal, unethical, and corrupt actions that the Dems are up to. Also, they should be figuring out ways to file suit in court against the healthcare bill as being unconstitional. Let the Dems literally run everything, without the Pubs even being there. And let them explain why this has happened, that there are no longer any Pubs in the halls of Congress. Fight fire with fire here. It’s Revolution time. Mass protest time.
Pelosi had the gall to say to reporters that they’d pass the bill and then the American people would be allowed to know what was in it. How’s that for a Napoleonic complex.
Yes.
Any State or Congress Critter would have standing to petition the SCOTUS to disqualify this bill from becoming legitimate Law.
Even if the SCOTUS took no action States and Citizens could refuse to recognize it's validity since Art I Sec 7 clause 2 was not followed.
Think of the spectacle of IRS agents being arrested by state law enforcement for trying to collect illegitimate medical taxes......
To those who voted slaughter into office: what the heck were you morons thinking? Don’t ever vote again, you losers.
Not if the Supreme Court tries to avoid a 5-4 decision by deeming this issue to be decided. < /sarc>
