That’s a new one. Just about everyone on here I’ve spoken to liked it. Including people who were in Iraq.I thought it had entertainment value, but lacked verisimilitude.
There was definitely some strong embellishment of how those operations are really conducted as well as a lot of revisionist stuff about the overall experience in Iraq.
Yea your right it's pro American, John Wayne type movie...LOL, in fact why don't you go see it again. Maybe I should post the interview with the director, the freaking person who made the movie, tell you what she was doing with it, what message she was sending. But a guy on the internet who has see it with an Iraq war buddy(Yea right) says he saw some Frank Capra interpetation of it. Read the IMPD bio of her.....
