“You @ssholes are FINISHED come November!!!!!!!!”

You are missing a crucial point - They don’t care. They are going for broke. They believe that if they can get it passed that it can’t/won’t be rescinded.

They BELIEVE (as fervently as we believe in a balanced budget) that National Healthcare is in the nation’s best interest.

I truly hope the GOP has the balls to do to the dems what they’ve done to us come January 2011. No holds barred. Rip it all apart.

I beg to differ - they know that it’s not in the nation’s best interest. They believe very firmly that it’s in their best interest, though, because it gives them absolute control and makes it possible for them to impose the rest of their agenda by next November. It won’t matter whether we reelect them or not, and the GOP will never be able to change the course that the Dems have set because it will absolutely be locked in.

You know, with all these extra-Constitutional measures, I suspect it will actually be a breeze to rescind it.

If they can get it through they’ll probably have all the power they need to keep control. Thats my guess anyway.

Your first point, I agree with.

Your second point, I think is irrelevant. They may believe it's in the nation's best interest, but only because they believe that INFINITE RAT RULE is in the nation's best interest. This is nothing but a grab for PERPETUAL POWER.

No, they don't. As Dennis Prager pointed out in a recent column, these are leftists and they hate every aspect of American society and wish to destroy it. With national healthcare, they have everyone by the short hairs, don't you understand?

Totally disagree with that portion of your post only. The RATS aka Socialists don’t believe, nor try to do what is best for this Nation ever. They do what is best for their interests only. To Hell with this Nation is their attitude, and that is where they are taking us. To the source of their existance.

NO, you can not convince me of the sincerity of their intentions, nor of any altruism of motive.
