I have a die hard liberal relative, gov worker, complaining about furloughs. Boy oh boy, when us shlubs told her the truth about layoffs, her gov bennies, 15% unemployment, etc...... , she got all sheepish, she should be thankful she has a job. The ‘normal’ liberals who interact with us real Americans on a daily basis, well, they just can’t compete with reality. The drive by media, in DC, well, they aren’t America, are they? They feed themselves, they’re cannibals, they’re eating their own. And it’s biting them. The drive by’s are doomed. It’s just a matter of time. And, soon.
Honestly, it’s fun to watch the libs implode.

Yeah, I’m a contractor, Sheese, this really p1zzes me off and as a contractor I need to deal with furloughs also and still stick to the contract, which is never really a contract when you deal with almost any government. And in Maryland we are spoiled with all of the Federal contracts and locations like SSN and NASA, etc. Another reason why MD is soo blue.
Dammit. Anyway, It seems that some sanity is starting to seep in even to the folks that I deal with.
