I believe it was alleged he was exposed on the “Little House” set at some point, and supposedly several cameramen were also exposed.
Whoops, correction. Here is the article:

I don’t know where I heard about the cameramen, I was glancing through umpteen posts.
W O W ! ! !
I wonder if this contributed to Michael Landon’s death?
They would run over you and tackle somebody often the ball carrier.
See #102, the exposure may have been much earlier.
I can only imagine what it was like staring down Deacon Jones let alone getting hit by him. I can only imagine the dread players had of an upcoming game facing those guys.
I had a friend of mine tell me I was the hardest hit he ever experienced. He said it almost knocked him out of the game.
Problem was, he was on my team.
He got between me and the guy with the ball.
Have had many tell me you never wanted to tackle Gene Stalling (coach of many teams) You could do it but the second time you thought about it.
It woiuld have to be the dust or small particles; I don't think that asbestos in a matrix of some sort would be toxic.
Michael Landon died from cancer too, didn’t he?
OH Yeah terminal cancer he did also smoke cancer he got they think it from working in old time studios at NBC
