Joe DioGuardi is a former Congressman who served during the second term of the Reagan administration, and wrote reform legislation after he saw the shambles of Congressional accounting (a CPA from Arthur Andersen). I've seen him in action.

The Dems and RINOs are scared stiff that he'll go back into Congress and stop their gravy train. This promises to turn into a national race. Both Dems and moderate-to-liberals seem to want more of the same, despite ridiculously high taxes, obvious corrupton,
