Wait to see what Hatch has to say about the brazen attempts to subvert the court.

If the SCOTUS wants to shut 0bama up all it has to do is decide to review challanges to his eligibility.

Hatch has to realize that a King (dictator) will always attack the court system if they don’t agree with him. Eventually he will replace them.

Why did he have to wait for Roberts’ comments before coming out against O’s SOTU speech?

There is a movement on the left to ‘pack’ the court, as FDR tried to do by increasing its members and making the appointments to fill those newly created vacancies. It failed for FDR and we can only hope it doesn’t get moving under Obama.

The will have to have a case so on point, that NO one can accuse them of violation of Seperation of powers.
I know Zero did it (vosop) but the Supremes must not get involved.
Proof positive obtained thru discovery is the key.

“Hatch has to realize that a King (dictator) will always attack the court system if they don’t agree with him. Eventually he will replace them.”

Doesn’t need to, or may not have the ability in the time he has. Too many conservatives are relatively young still.

All he has to do is follow the FDR model and get Congress to authorize adding say 2 to 4 judges to SCOTUS. Obama selects and the Senate Dems approve them all.

You can bet they will go nuclear and not allow filibustering at all, like that worthless bunch of RINOs led by McCain in the “Gang of 14”.
