There is zero chance that Detroit can be turned around when a former special education student who can't write a simple English paragraph is in charge of the school system. Turning down the guy from the U. of Mich. was a disgrace!

Detriot school board president Otis Mathis cant write in English.Coach needs to check his spelling before posting a missive against someone who cannot write properly.

In a socialist utopia, all students would leave school with an IQ of exactly 100.

He just has to know Ebonics for Detroit, not English.

I don’t think Detroit is going to be turned around, the people will keep voting for the idiots.

Happening now in KCMO. Sad - once great cities going down the tubes.

They’re just not spending enough money in Detroit. Saw a poll a few days ago that had majority of Americans saying we don’t spend enough on education. Obviously the product of the government education system.

That paragraph could have been written by any number of people on any number of the boards I frequent, including this one. But I would hope a school superintendent of a major city might be able to do a little better.

"Detriot school board president Otis Mathis cant write in English." "Coach needs to check his spelling before posting a missive against someone who cannot write properly."
What's wrong with his spelling? I didn't see anything wrong with that sentence.

Or head of the school board, as the case may be.

Is it OK to call him a “retard”?

OTOH. I could tell what Coach was getting at and he is not trying to be a superintendant over 90K students.
To: SoFloFreeper
Coach needs to check his spelling before posting a missive against someone who cannot write properly. That always seems to happen, doesn't it?

Give everybody a gold star and a trophy because when there are no winnners or losers we all lose. And nothing says success like a nation full of losers who have been made to feel good about themselves.

This is hilarious.
It’s like something out of an Evelyn Waugh novel.

I don’t know, most of the U of M graduates I have met would probably lose out to a Special Ed candidate.

I didn't see anything wrong with that sentence. Look no further than the first word.
